We are helping the
unemployed women through women empowerment programme through integrated
awareness. Twenty animators got training from the sisters and by the help of
them we are conducting classes for the preparation of herbal
medicine, literacy programme, awareness classes HIV, health and hygiene
etc.Through literacy programme twenty animators were trained and they taught
the poor illiterate people the basic of language Telugu and some arithmetic. We
started soap making, soap oil, phenol, jundubalm and candles etc and we are
giving the poor with cheap rate. We also have a book making unit.
Women income generating
program: Under this 150 ladies are benefitted.
Beneficiaries are belong most deprived and the most under privileged who
have suffered under the discrimination of the land lords and the upper
communities. In order to release them
from the clutches of the land lords we are trying through the women empowerment
programme.
Orphanages:- We have a Balika Bhavan at Konthamuru near Rajahmundry. Some 10 girl's children are staying there and studying. One of the handicapped girls completed her high school studies and is now going to the college. We are giving free boarding and education for the poor and needy children without any distinction between caste creed or colour.
